The guest rooms can be found on the first and second floor with private bathrooms and balconies. On one story, three separate rooms open from the corridor, and one fully equipped kitchen is shared by the guests of the three rooms. The rooms are furnished for 2, or maximum 3 adults (plus children) with spacious balconies providing more comfort. A maximum of 14 adults can stay comfortably together in the 6 rooms with smaller children. If required, we can provide extra beds. A nice barbeque area can be found in the garden, where families and friends can come together for a good roast.

On the ground floor there is storage room full of beach equipments such as polifoams, rings, dinghy, beach shoes, flippers, mattresses and sunshades for the use of guests. The guests can freely use the storage room for storing their private beach equipment, so that they don’t have to carry them up in the clean rooms.

There is a parking lot right in front of the house and also in the garden behind a fence. The local security is very good, so the cars parking in front of the house are just as safe as the ones inside the garden. The Villa is in a cul-de-sac street (dead end), so traffic is of no concern.

The main beach is situated just in front of us, a couple of minutes walk, approximately a hundred meters. The sea cannot be seen from the balconies because of the neighboring house, however the 1000 meter high mountain behind the house is quite picturesque even on cloudy days. The main beach is ideal for children as it is partially sandy (very rare in Croatia) while other parts are covered with pebbles. There are lots of other beaches which can be discovered and reached easily for those who want to explore and try other beaches too.
